Pollen grains

Some lily pollen grains in stereo. 300 photos from my not so usual set up with a Nikon Optiphot microscope, a Mitutoyo plan apo 20x and a Canon 400 mm as a tube lens and a Canon R5 camera.
Retouched in Adobe Lrc – denoise, de-dust and no sharpening. De-dusting 300 dot trails in post processing can be very difficult with stereos so usually a good idea to do this before stacking.
After de dusting, stacked in Zerene. To be able to retouch in stereo all slabs must be created in a left and in a right version. In this case I only used one left/right slab with the pollen grains for retouching.
After Zerene back to Adobe Lrc for light adjustment, sharpeing, coulor management and in this case I also masked the background and made it darker. I also found a few dot trails that I retouched.
Up to this step I work with a left and a right picture so the last step is to upload both pictures to Adobe Ps to finally create the stereo.
